Thai Basil Chicken
Last night was 3/3 for Happy Hours this week and we ended our fun-filled week at Coco Asian Bistro in Fort Lauderdale. Located off of 17th Street in the Harbor Shops (you don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot here), Coco Asian Bistro offers Asian fusion cuisine in an upscale atmosphere. During the event we enjoyed sipping on glasses of Bliss and Brutocao wines and enjoyed tasty appetizers such as sushi rolls, Asian dumplings and Chicken Satay. After an evening of networking and savoring the fine wine, some of us decided to stay and feast on even more tasty, Asian cuisine. My Thai Basil Chicken was the perfect ending to a night out in Fort Lauderdale. Take a look at some of the photos from our event.
