Peach Trio at Timo
If you aren’t hungry already, we are about to change that. Dine Magazine asked our twitter and facebook friends to share with us some of their favorite foodie finds over the last week. If you are in a food rut or just want the inside scoop on where to go and what to order, here’s what we came up with. Also, if you are looking for some foodies to follow on twitter, you should definitely check these out.
- @wokstar Excellent burger, fries, slaw at Clarke’s in South Beach. Very crisp, fresh salad. Impressed, not bar scene, casual.
- @4theloveoffood Lightly grilled baby octopus at Cafe Boulud with tender chickpeas and confit of lemon
- @dinemag Peach trio at Timo
- @clacapra Cheeseburger topped with an 8 oz lobster tail with a side of onion rings at the new Burgers and Beer. Amazing!
- @SteveBM Duck rillettes “snack” at Michael’s Genuine
- Erika – California Panini Milano at Amici
- @frodnesor Shanghai soup dumplings at Yank Sing
- @MediaAlert Onion soup at the Renaissance Resort in Sea World — served in a bowl instead of a crock with a doily
- @BarbFreda A great bruschetta from Dean and Deluca..great bread, sundried tomatoes in olive oil, roasted red peppers, fresh goat cheese served with arugula and enjoyed with a glass of Prosecco
- Ryan – cheeseburgers on the grill at a friend’s place with corn on the cob
- @flyawaycafe Fresh pecorino cheese (brought home from Italy), and a hearty Italian bread with a bottle of Brunello to go with it.
- John – Great cupcakes at Publix
- Carol – Pistachio ice cream I made
