Chef Allen Susser is Coming to the Ft. Lauderdale Airport
Your trip to the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport is about to change. Out with the flavorless, boring food and in with the gourmet delights of Chef Allen Susser. He has just signed on to partner with Delaware North Companies and create Chef Allen 2 Go products for the airport, using fresh, local ingredients.
He plans on infusing the cooking influences of Florida into the items, just like he does at his signature restaurant – Chef Allen’s. Expect to see a taste of Florida, Latin America and the Caribbean in items such as sandwiches, salads, seafood and desserts. He will give them his own twist and one that we might actually be able to look forward to.
